Adult FITNESS & Dance

$75 per month unlimited classes of fun & fitness!  

$10 drop-in classes.

As a non-profit, we are able to offer something special to our community at an affordable cost.  There is no contract, only an annual $25 registration fee that helps us cover the credit card processing.  We believe strongly that movement is medicine, which is why it's important to us that we offer this package to the adult community.  

Whether you grew up dancing or not, the class package is a way for you to fuse movement, music and stay fit. Our group classes improve strength, stamina, coordination, balance, general fitness and are fun!  In addition, dance and choreography have been proven to improve mental health and stamina!
