Harmony offers a unique way of maintaining Health & Wellness through Fitness and Dance classes:

We are the only organization in Highland Lakes that offer students the opportunity to not only take a Pilates class with one of our talented instructors but also take a Ballet class, if one wishes to do so, with our gifted instructors. We offer a variety of times and days scheduled throughout the week.

 Adult Class Package, "the best bang for your buck".

Whether you grew up dancing or not, the class package is a way for you to fuse movement, music and stay fit. Our group classes improve movement, coordination, balance, general fitness and are fun!  Class schedule includes Pilates, Barre, Beginning & Intermediate Adult Ballet, Core & More, Sculpt and seasonal Adult Tap, and.  The package is the best bang for your buck on our schedule, as you can come to any and all of the classes for one price!  Please see schedule for the most up to date list of classes and times. We are a creative arts organization dedicated to promoting the arts in our community. Our mission is to provide opportunities for artists to showcase their work and for the public to engage with and appreciate the arts. We offer a variety of events, workshops, and exhibitions throughout the year, and are committed to supporting local artists in all disciplines.
