Chandra Irvin

Chandra has been teaching dance of various styles and levels at Harmony School of Creative Arts for many years and is currently teaching Adult Ballet with the intention of growing an adult ballet program.  An Evening at the Barre is for adults who want to learn ballet and improve to take higher levels of technique, if desired, as the student’s technique advances in the program.

Chandra is also a Family Nurse Practitioner and practices full time in the Marble Falls area.  She has a passion for dance and is particularly interested in the latest health research that shows that dancing has many health benefits for adults, to include decreasing the risk for dementia, while improving strength and flexibility.

Above all, Chandra believes that dance should be fun and accessible for all and desires to teach the art in a nurturing and supportive environment that is conducive to adult learning styles.
